As a first-generation college graduate, Abraham understands the difficulty of transitioning to college but is also confident that students can thrive with the right social, emotional, and mental skills.

Abraham is an educational consultant, mental health advocate, best-selling author, podcaster, and storyteller. After receiving a mental health diagnosis during his first year of college, his life and plans completely fell apart. Through treatment, he realized the importance of self-care and healthy coping practices. But, more importantly, his diagnosis exposed him to the power that lived in his story.
